Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days of submission. For domestic orders customers have the option of selection between Economy, Standard and USPS priority via USPS postal service at checkout as an option for delivery. The time it takes to arrive is all dependent on the shipping option selected. We are not responsible for any delays within the USPS delivery system. Tracking information is provided to all customers once orders are processed. It is the customer's responsibility to track packages. In the event that a tracking number shows delivered however the customer has not received the package. It is the customer's responsibility to reach out to USPS directly via 1-800-275-8777 to work with them directly. We take no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
