1/2 lime

Salt to taste

1 tsp dry Caribbean Fusion Jerk Rub

3TBSP Caribbean Fusion Jerk MARINADE

Wash Chicken and drain. Squeeze lime juice over chicken. Season chicken with salt, dry Jerk rub and marinade. Massage well and marinate overnight.Bake in the oven at 375 F for 1 hour or until done. Turning occasionally.Or slow grill using charcoal for 1 1/2 hour or until done
